How much do you charge?

Management is charged as a percentage of rental income according to the property. The percentage is defined after the evaluation.

Can I use my property?

Yes. You can block the dates you want to reserve for your own use.

How and when do I receive my payments?

You receive a monthly settlement together with your owner statement.

Who pays for cleaning and maintenance?

Cleaning and maintenance are charged separately to the owner, with the corresponding receipt.

Do you work with foreign owners?

Yes. Our team assists owners in both English and Spanish.
