Cancellation Policy
We want every guest to book with confidence. The terms below apply to most of our properties — special peak-season dates and select villas may have different terms which will be disclosed in your quote before payment.

How to request a cancellation
Send an email to concierge@pvrproperties.mx or contact your assigned concierge directly. Include the reservation number and the reason for cancellation. We will process the applicable refund within 7 business days.
Holiday and peak season
Reservations covering Christmas, New Year, Easter Week and other peak dates may have stricter cancellation windows. These terms are always disclosed in writing before payment.
Force majeure
If your trip is affected by hurricanes, natural disasters or government travel restrictions impacting Puerto Vallarta or Riviera Nayarit, we offer date changes or credit vouchers valid for 12 months at no extra cost.
