Question 1

How do I book a property?

Accepted Answer

Browse our luxury rentals, pick the dates and number of guests, and submit a booking request. Our concierge team confirms availability within a few hours and sends a secure payment link to finalize the reservation.

Question 2

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) and bank wire transfers in USD. For some properties we can also accept payments in MXN — ask our concierge.

Question 3

Can I make a last-minute reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Many of our properties accept reservations with as little as 24–48 hours of anticipation, subject to availability. For instant-bookable villas you will see live availability on the listing.

Question 4

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancellations more than 30 days before check-in receive a 100% refund. Between 15 and 30 days a 50% refund applies. Less than 15 days the reservation is non-refundable. Some properties have stricter holiday-season policies — see our full cancellation policy for details.

Question 5

Are pets allowed?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the property. Several villas are pet-friendly with a small additional cleaning fee. Filter by "pet-friendly" or ask our concierge before booking.

Question 6

Are events or parties allowed?

Accepted Answer

Most properties do not allow events or parties without prior written authorization. Selected villas can be rented as event venues with an additional fee and security deposit — please contact us first.

Question 7

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Accepted Answer

Standard check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged with the concierge subject to availability.

Question 8

Is cleaning included?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A one-time professional cleaning fee is included in every reservation. Daily housekeeping is available as an add-on for most properties.

Question 9

Can I hire a private chef?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We work with experienced local chefs who can prepare in-villa breakfasts, multi-course tasting menus, and private events. Our concierge will share menus and pricing based on your dates.

Question 10

Do you offer airport transportation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We arrange private transportation from Puerto Vallarta International Airport (PVR) to your villa with vetted drivers in private vehicles, SUVs or vans depending on group size.

Question 11

Do prices include taxes?

Accepted Answer

Listed nightly rates typically do not include taxes. Mexican lodging tax (ISH), VAT and applicable service fees are added at the quote stage so you see the full total before paying.

Question 12

Is there a security deposit?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for most properties (amount varies per villa). It is returned within 7 business days after check-out, minus any incidentals.

Question 13

What currency can I pay in?

Accepted Answer

You can pay in USD or MXN. Prices on the site are shown in the original currency of the property — the final quote confirms the exact total in your chosen currency.
