Akáma is a 25,000 sq ft estate on two beachfront acres in Ranchos Estates, the most exclusive beachfront enclave of Punta Mita, where the Sierra Madre meets the Pacific. It was designed by architect Manolo Mestre with interiors by Joaquín Homs. Nine en-suite bedrooms sleep up to 20 guests: four oceanfront master suites with lounge and private terrace, four king bedrooms and a garden suite with a double and two single beds. All feature Four Seasons mattresses and linens, Sonos audio and smart TVs. The estate offers a heated infinity pool with hot tub, a private white-sand beach, a private spa, a Technogym gym, a Dolby Atmos cinema, a rooftop sky bar, a grand palapa and indoor dining for 18, and a professional kitchen. A dedicated 10-person team is included: house manager, concierge, chef and culinary team for three daily meals with local ingredients, waiters, bartender, daily housekeeping and laundry, plus a 6-passenger golf cart. Guests enjoy access to Punta Mita's two Jack Nicklaus courses, tennis, pickleball and beach clubs.
