Casa Koko at Iyari is an 8-bedroom beachfront villa in Kupuri Estates, Punta Mita. Set on a hillside overlooking the Pacific, it has direct access to a quiet private cove that is perfect for snorkeling. Its design blends wood, stone and a carefully curated hippie-chic style. All 8 suites have full en-suite bathrooms with tubs. Seven have a king bed and the Lluvia Suite has 2 double beds and 2 bunk beds, ideal for children. The villa sleeps 16 guests (maximum 18). Amenities include an infinity pool with jacuzzi, a double-lane lap pool, sand terraces, a spa with sauna, steam room, massage beds, ofuro tub and cold plunge, a fully equipped gym, cinema and game room, BBQ and outdoor bar, plus two 6-passenger golf carts.
